My Kite is Flying Children's drama from Hong Kong. Ka-lok comes bottom of the class all the time. His teacher thinks he can do nothing right. Through flying kites, Ka-lok's Grandpa teaches him how to do better at maths. Next time he is tested he gains his teacher's respect by getting better and flies his kite to thank his Grandpa.
