Series looking for the country's best young cook. As the semi-finals continue the final four cooks face a skills circuit test where they must complete four basic tasks in the quickest time possible. Then the judges ask the final four to cook a dish - crab, prawn and mussel ravioli - but with a twist. They must work in relay teams and cook the dish with a recipe in one hour. One team member will start and finish the dish, whilst the other takes on the middle. The pressure is ramped even higher...
