Keith Floyd savours the best of French cuisine. His journey begins at Sault, where he has breakfast with Christian Dova, who grows and makes nearly all his own food. Then it's on to a local food market. He then travels to Saint Saturnin D'Apt and the St Hubert Restaurant where he cooks under the instruction of Claude Arnaud. He returns to L'Isle sur la Sorgue for a garden barbeque of bass flamed in brandy, quail, two types of sausages, sardines and lamb kebabs.
