Ex-Love Islander Theo and unlucky-in-love Rae, try to solve their dilemmas, over dinner with their nans. No-one cooks a more comforting meal or offers better advice than your nan. So, who better to turn to when facing a tough decision? Preparing food brings the generations together, as nans and grandchildren cook each other their favourite meal. As they sit down and tuck in, the nans serve up sage life advice. Team GB athlete and ex-Love Island star Theo, is torn between chasing the celebrity lifestyle and building a business. Time to head home to Wiltshire, where nan Jan is preparing a steak supper, cooked just the way Theo likes it. Meanwhile he's cooking her a dish she's never tried before, Jamaican Jerk Chicken with rice and peas. Theo's nan has spent a lifetime running her own businesses, and over dinner, she reveals she has a few surprising tales up her sleeve, to help Theo make his decision. Outgoing 25-year-old Rae is always roping in her nan, Marge, into starring in her Insta videos and Tik Toks. It's just as well the two are best friends. But Rae is not so lucky when it comes to men. After a series of disastrous relationships, she needs her nan, to tell her exactly where she's going wrong. Time for Marge to bake one of her famous chicken pies before dishing out advice she learnt the hard way, after an unexpected experience from her own relationship history. In return, Rae creates a pulled pork taco - her perfect "date" dish - for her nan. Theo and Jan finish dinner with a fruit crumble. Rae and Marge shake up some cocktails. As the sun goes down, they consider the problem and the advice that's now on the table. Theo and Rae have to decide what to do. But they can be sure of one thing. Their nans will love them just as much as ever, whatever their decision.
